Who counts as a team member?
You, plus anyone you add to your salon's team, such as stylists, managers, and front desk staff. Booth renters you invite are free and don't count.
What happens when my free trial ends?
Your account switches to read-only. Everything you entered is still there and you can look at it, but you can't make changes until you choose the plan.
What if my team grows or shrinks?
Your price follows your team. Add or remove team members anytime and your next bill is adjusted, prorated for the part of the month you used.
Is there a contract?
No. You pay month to month and can cancel anytime from Plan & Billing in the app.
How do I pay?
By card, through Stripe's secure checkout. You can update your card or download invoices anytime from Plan & Billing.
