Hands-on help with the business side of your salon.
Start with an assessment, fix what matters most, and learn to run the numbers yourself. We work with you in your salon or over video, whichever suits you.
Pick what you need, or start with an assessment and we'll tell you.
Salon assessment
Start hereWe walk through how your salon runs today and leave you with a written action plan: what to fix first, what it's costing you now, and how to fix it.

We help you set up how your salon operates. For legal or tax questions, like whether a renter is an independent contractor or an employee, we'll point you to your attorney or CPA.

In person

- Hands-on training for your front desk and renters
Remote
The same process over video and screen sharing, for salons anywhere and for owners who'd rather meet after hours.

Common questions
Do I have to use FocusOnSalons to work with you?
The software is how we put systems in place, so our setup and coaching are built around it. The coaching itself, on pricing, renters, and running your numbers, applies to any salon.
What does it cost?
It depends on what your salon needs. After the free consultation we'll give you a fixed price for the work we recommend, before anything starts.
How long does an assessment take?
It depends on the size of your salon and how many people work there. We'll tell you how long to plan for when we book it, and your written action plan follows soon after.
Can you help if I'm a booth renter, not an owner?
Yes. Coaching on pricing, client retention, and tracking your income works just as well for renters running their own business.
Will you train my staff and renters?
Yes. Training on booking, checkout, and the phone app is part of every setup.
Let's talk about your salon.
