Windows 2000, ME, XP or Vista. 25MB free hard drive space.

What other
types of hardware will be needed to run the software?
You may choose to use a barcode scanner, receipt printer, or/and
a cash drawer. But this hardware is not necessary to run the software.
After I purchase
and set up the software in my salon, how much training is needed
for my employees to feel comfortable using the software?
Most users are up and running within 30 minutes of installing
the software.
Do
you provide ongoing training if it is needed?
Yes, telephone training is available for a fee. Contact
us if you need Onsite Training.
Can the program record
chemical formulas or histories for each client?
Yes, the software can record unlimited chemical formulas or histories
for each client.
Is there a limit
to how many clients the system will hold?
The limit is based on your hardware. The average computer
can hold more clients than a salon will ever have.
What types of
information will the system record for my clients?
Some of the information it will record includes: Name, Address,
Home Phone, Work Phone, Cell Phone, Email Address, Gender, Birthday,
Anniversary, Special Day, Formulas, First Visit Date, Last Visit
Dat, Client Picture, etc.
Will the system
handle tanning packages?
Yes, the system will handle both time-based and interval-based
tanning packages.
Is there a limit
to how much inventory the system will hold?
The limit is based on your hardware. The average computer
can hold more inventory products than a salon will ever have.
Can I use a barcode
scanner with the system?
Yes.
